100% Lazy-Sunday-Morning, what does yours look like?

100% has been on my mind for a long time now.  It all began with a conversation with my coach back at the end of 2009 and from there it took on a life of it's own. I had 100 conversations (at least) and developed a powerful time empowerment tool based on 100%.  The universe just keeps on connecting and I keep on downloading as the 100% concept blooms and grows.

This year I am thrilled to launch my brand new site My Momentum and it's first NO-COST program is "5 Morning of Productivity".  To date there are 227 members registered and people are commenting up a storm.  The new site brings 100% to a whole new interactive level and it seems to be resonating with a lot of people.

It still amazes me how such a simple tool could have so many applications and so much complexity going on under the hood.  The beauty of it is that most of the benefits work in the background like a automated heating and cooling system or a great iPad app.  100% is accessible to so many people because it easy, only three questions, and it doesn't need a fancy system, you can do it on the back of a napkin if you like (although I must admit I am having fun fleshing out some new worksheets, books and toys to go with it).

On Friday I began to think about 100% lazy-Sunday-morning.  I played around, moved the bed just for fun and ate chocolate chip English muffins in bed.  I do love my three day work week.  So here I am on Sunday, 100%!.... drinking my Keurig coffee in bed, gazing at the green hill, a full belly from breakfast in bed and iPad on my lap.  So maybe my husband can't get into his closet because the bed is in the way, nothing is permanent right?  The bed may move back this afternoon but the 100% feeling will last well beyond that.

What does your 100% lazy-Sunday(or any morning) look like?  Can you bring at least one element of it into your life right now?
